Internship and Fellowship Information

Children's Legal Services, Inc. provides supervised internships for law students during the summer and throughout the academic year.

Applications for internships are accepted anytime during the year. Interviews are held at Children's Legal Services, Inc. or, when possible, at public interest career fairs in Boston, New York, and Washington, D.C.

In addition, Children's Legal Services, Inc. sponsors third year students and recent graduates who apply for post-graduate fellowships through several independent granting organizations. Children's Legal Services, Inc. does not, however, provide direct funding for fellowships and advises students and recent graduates to contact their law school career services offices for additional information.

Completed fellowship applications must generally be submitted to the independent granting organizations no later than October for fellowships beginning September of the following year.

To apply for internships or fellowships, please submit a resume and statement of interest by mail or facsimile to Henry E. Bock, Jr., M.S.W, J.D..
